This project was a proposition for an apartment building to be included in a masterplan scheme for Newark during my third year of school. The intent of the building was to create a community  within the the square the buildings create. The buildings themselves mimic this through a series of st backs and changes in level between units. These changes in the layout of the building allow for the placement of dedicated spaces in which the tenants can interact.
