DESIGN DESCRIPTION
We think of a primary construction that acts as a retaining wall against the landslide presented at the terrain. On the access side, the houses are perceived as two simple pavilions built by a modular wooden structure and, on the other, as two massive concrete volumes. The wooden structure made of modular frames is designed with a series of mechanical panels hurricane shutters, operated by the user, their position can be adjusted for ventilation and interior lighting control.
