Carnitech manufacturing usa headquarters - seattle, WA

Patano Studio provided architectural, project management and full consultant services for the design and construction of a 62,000 s.f. manufacturing facility constructed on Pier 91 for the Port of Seattle.  The structure consists of 42,000 s.f. high-bay manufacturing space with 20,000 s.f. of offices serving as Carnitech's USA Headquarters.  Daylighting strategies for office and manufacturing areas resulted in rebates from Seattle City Light. The manufacturing space is naturally ventilated in the summer.  Construction administration services were also provided for this hybrid pre-manufactured building system.
