The proposed redevelopment of the neighborhood of the area of ex Falck-Innocenti aims to give a new design for a portion of the territory into disuse,located between the eastern barrier makes by the highwayand industrial districts that deny the continuity with the urban fabric to the east, towards Redecesio, a fraction of Segrate. After careful analysis of urbs and civitas, potentialities and threats, the project was structured paying attention to the functional placement of buildings. Here are placed new residential spaces, public culture spaces and new shopping centers. The heart of the project is the great central park that acts as a connector on several buildings that overlook it, some of them existing. The buildings are set around a central path that defines different hubs, such as the park and squares.
