This project aims to re-evaluate the status of peri-urban agriculture and to guarantee the supply of high quality local products and organic products for consumer awareness. For this reason the recovery of the farm becomes an opportunity to bring attention to food, to food information and education, the experiences of direct relationship with the farming community and the natural environment, with its resources, the land and the cultivation. New greenhouses, workshops for schools and spaces exhibition were developed, as well as a small dining area and accommodations for tourists.
