The proposed design for the residential/mixed use building in SoHo utilizes a prefabricated unit design that allows for 27 possible combinations ranging from 540 sq. ft. - 1800 sq. ft.  The undulating front maximizes sunlight for all units while creating a community feel.  The green roof not only offers rain water retention but also provides a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the shopping district’s busy sidewalks and lack of parks.  The vertical steel supports maintain the feel, context and rich history of the neighborhood.
