Canalside is at the heart of Buffalo’s waterfront revitalization. It’s located in the city’s downtown corridor; it hosts concerts and a variety of recreational activities such as ice skating, kayaking and biking.  This proposal is for the Canalside Marketplace which houses vendor spaces for Buffalo’s booming farm-to-table, artisan food movement, from produce to finished meals. The exterior features three sloping landscapes to be utilized as sledding hills in the winter and picnic areas in warmer months.
