A residential developer asked Phillips to design a theme for a planned community around an Italian Country Equestrian Village.

2008 Phillips began designs around the architectural style of Tuscany in Italy.

Phillips’ team of landscape architects and urban designer’s charetted the design for two days.  This process of work-shopping the design for two days has been very successful and economical for his clients.

Designs were completed in 2008.
