Project Description : With the number of staff growing, Delloite saw the need to re-brand their image and expand their lobby area thus aligning the design with  the modern times. The design is a response to the clients requirements which was to allow as much natural light with the use of high level performance glass.

The renovation of Deloitte's offices at Woodlands Office Park was completed in two distinct phases.   The first phase encompassed the removal and reconstruction of an outdoor recreation area and the improvement of the existing ground floor restroom facilities, along with the implementation of hard landscaping.   The second phase involved the removal of the existing building entry and the installation of a new main entrance and building facade.
