The idea - the stimulus of the proposal - grows from the will to create a living building that could support a wide spectre of life functions. Living, working, shopping, relaxing, playing... Everything happens in an informal and unprejudiced way, letting life occur in stories that can be resembled to; streets with houses, groceries, shops, playgrounds and public gardens, for appropriation. The different levels will work as an informal way of inhabit.

The ambiance that appears as a result of this temporal space intention, allows one dynamic diversity of the complex appropriation - the life dynamics. This way, we suggest a neighboorhood that contradicts the acceleration in a moment of pause.
