The floor is the 23rd, the view is to the Central Park, and the windows work as a living painting. The owners are a German couple that will use the apartment as their NY residence.
Because the building is a NY landmark the proposal is based in small changes of the original apartment, which will need approval from the residents commission.

All the bathrooms are new, and each one is private to each bedroom. The kitchen and dinning/living room work as the same space "surrounded" by the Central Park. The ceilings are at different heights to break the monotony of the flat floor and will cause different perceptions in each space. Every bedroom is conceptualized to represent each personality (the parents and the kids). The colors, textures and materials used, will represent that concept.
