Shilla Travel Retail perfume and cosmetics store concepts at Changi International Airport in Singapore. The largest store, the Shilla Beauty Loft, offers a luxury beauty and spa concept spread out over two levels—a first for the duty free sector. A beauty store offering products from more than 500 brands occupies the ground floor, while premium brands like Chanel, Dior, La Prairie and SK-II are located on the mezzanine Beauty Loft level. Design priorities included open circulation, a personalized customer experience via an in-store concierge and a sculptural façade with integrated media that helps Shilla distinguish itself from the competition.
