The luxury and hospitality-quality retail brand, Shilla Duty-Free, commissioned CallisonRTKL to develop their first series of operational space within an airport – Incheon International. Elevating the typical duty-free design, the CRTKL team incorporated materials reflecting Shilla’s brand, advanced digital media components, and personal services to elevate the interactive retail experience. The upscale duty-free shops provide a one-of-a-kind shopping experience and an unexpected getaway from the bustling terminals.
