"As an important part of the Fourth Hebei International Urban Planning and Design Competition (Tangshan), Q-city Competition themed on “Quality City”, based on various types of public space in the city, such as waterfront space, green space, and places with industrial elements of Tangshan, the Competition requests for design proposals with clever concepts and approaches that can upgrade space quality, enhance spatial experience, and reflect regional spirit of humanity. The city’s subsequent focus of development is to improve the overall quality of its urban space and offer innovative public space that contributes to the wellness and quality of life of its citizens."

2021 RIBA Wren Insurance Association Scholarships

"The RIBA Wren Insurance Association Scholarships were established in March 2013 following a donation by The Wren Insurance Association Limited, an architects’ professional indemnity mutual that comprises 67 of the UK’s leading architectural practices. The scholarships aim to support outstanding Part 2 students who have the potential to make a significant contribution in the field of architecture. Recipients receive £6,000 each to support them in the second year of their Part 2, and the opportunity to be mentored by an architect member of the Wren."
2021 CTBUH International Research Seed Funding
Register/Submit Deadline: Tuesday, Jun 22, 2021
"The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is accepting proposals for its 2021 International Research Seed Funding—culminating with an award of US$15,000 to be recognized to be recognized/ promoted through CTBUH channels and platforms. The goal of the seed funding is to assist talented researchers in developing projects/ideas to a level that would secure additional, more significant, funding—in conjunction with the CTBUH. Research proposals should directly relate to the tall building typology and/or urban habitat, but can come from any topic/discipline. The proposals should have the potential to improve tall buildings and cities from a wide perspective."
