The beautiful result of a symbiotic collaboration between architect, heritage architect, and client has won the inaugural NSW Architecture Medallion at the Australian Institute of Architects' regional awards for New South Wales: the Joynton Avenue Creative Precinct by Peter Stutchbury Architecture in association with Design 5 – Architects for the City of Sydney received the 'Best in Show' top honors as well as the Greenway Prize for Heritage.
In total, the jury selected 69 awards and commendations across a wide spectrum of categories, and projects receiving named awards are now in the running for the Australian National Architecture Awards to be announced in November.
