i enjoy the serenity of his renderings (and of his buildings)...his play on the original probably will only be fairly judged after construction...on a cloudy day...
and yes, although a bit playful, the original is also brutalist in form, presence, and for purists, beton brut (it seems!) - but that's a good thing...: )

i like how it plays off the brutalist character of the original.
but something still seems off. it might be the scale of the windows?
