Over the next few weeks we're going to present our three favorites from the 2012 myMarvin Architect's Challenge. The myMarvin Architect's Challenge winners projects are original designs, built within the last ten years, which incorporate Marvin® windows and/or doors.
Marvin is proud to showcase some of the architectural community’s most
inspired work in our annual Architect’s Challenge
First up is the Leicester House in Asheville, NC, by Eric Gartner of SPG Architects.
This hilltop residence, located at the edge of a wooded knoll in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, has expansive southern and western views. A hint of the views is provided through the glass door, but it is not until entry that the full impact of the hilltop views can be experienced.
