Are you kidding me? There's being inspired by a design (West 8's Wavedecks in Toronto, in this case), then there's blatantly ripping it off (almost straight up photoshopping it in). This design falls into the latter.

It is provocative they did the almost 1:1 photoshop cut and paste from other architect's brigde design. Thanks to mass copy paste tooling even the site specific renderings of architects are becoming bona fide systems to be used as cataloged parts. Really interesting proposition at that. I guess I fail to see it as a moral or ethical issue but reductive language of representational process in architecture. At least it is a worthwhile timely debate, imo.
I would be interested in Steve Lauf's view on this.
