uhhh, the point is to help promote young architects with few built projects. if you're looking for pavilions done by well known architects you better head to London.
what is the criterion for selection at ps1, one has to wonder. (after the prior years' crap, it doesn't seem like much).
considering they're looking for LOTS of work for a minimal budget, it's unlikely they'll award it to an established firm. it's always a young, potentially interesting practice that's trying to prove themselves... and in the case of last year's winner, prove that they're full of hot air.

Rumor is confirmed or at least its in the NYT with pictures...

Looks like it's PS1 officially now. according to the site.
on obra's website, there is a grand total of two projects...both of which aren't built. and a monograph? of what???!!!
