Touching moments: Christo and Jeanne-Claude were in Paris on a barge beneath the Pont Neuf, directing the wrapping of that historic bridge. A piece of fabric broke loose, fluttering over the Seine, the sun shining through it, catching the dancing reflection of the waters beneath it. Their eyes met in an "aha!" moment. time to buy stock in fabric and grommets...
CHRISTO: For Christ's sake, please dont fuck up the natural lanscape and the nice fishes. Its beautiful already without having to get covered up by your trite sheets mas1querading as art.
In that short stretch of river i count some 50 places where ties will have to be made to the side of the river. The thought of them tearing apart that river to install those sheets is awful.
