Clever idea but naive. I don't think you quite understand the complexities of living in the border and the every day drama it generates. Slapping a library in the middle of the fence is naive and clearly a lack of vision on your part. Yet I respect your courage in taking a step into addressing an imaginary line between two cultures / two nations that needs some serious help.
