Anybody know how it works? Neither article is very helpful. I wonder if the panels move along a track, or if they just sort of flap in the wind on one fixed end... (then somehow the energy needs to be harnessed) Its promising, that's for sure. You could almost combine this idea with a sun shading device in the right conditions... very cool, thanks.

Actually I just realized... they probably spin in place along a vertical axis... (doh!) still cool, though.
