If you’re reading this it’s not too late: Die-hard Drake fans looking for a little architectural distraction during the American holiday, which was a byproduct of the Civil War, can now find respite in the form of a new virtual tour of the Grammy winner’s massive 19th-century limestone private residence in Canada.
The Birdle Path, Toronto manse first made its rounds on the internet after starring in Drake’s 2020 music video for Toosie Slide.
Coming in at exactly 50,000-square-feet, Ferris Rafauli’s vision features a full-size NBA court and aesthetic enhancements like Nero Marquina marble floor inserts, a marble kitchen island and bath tub, and a custom marble chandelier (there’s marble everywhere). One thing that I find is a bit unsettling: he’s got a closet full of Birkin bags for his “future wife.”
You can buy all kinds of shit while you're on the tour there as well. Nike has his special NOCTA “uniform” on deck, Drake’s signature scented candles are also ready to go for all these ladies that really want to know what he smells like, there’s a link to OVO gear, and other merchandise related to his new Certified Lover Boy album.
The tour coincides with the tenth anniversary of Drake’s seminal Take Care release. The available parts of the house include, well, Views of the 6 God’s bedroom and panel-flanked lounge area filled with high-end home furnishings from Erwan Boulloud and Ricardo Fasanello.
The whole experience might leave you reaching for a glass of Drake’s signature Whiskey brand. A link to the Sims style tour can be found here.

Why not?
Why? is more like it.
So this is just a badly veiled ad for some pop star's whiskey? Hard pass.
"Coming in at exactly 50,000-square-feet." Whew! Otherwise, what, The Department of Zoning for Excess would get a call?![](/images/nav/spacer.gif)
Rich guy spends a lot of money on his house. Probably paid the architectural team well into the millions of dollars for the design, so why are we complaining exactly? Nobody here would turn down that opportunity.
Anyway, this "article" is so incorrect, it's hard for me to not say anything. A 30-second google search tells me that it's closer to 30,000 SF (not 50k), was started in 2016 (not the 19th century, WTF) and finished this year, and since I used to live in Toronto, I know that it's called the "Bridle Path," not "birdie path."
Come on Archinect. This is brutal. Smarten up.
On the other hand, the entirely gratuitous political-holiday reference (with link, no less!) does get the whole thing off to a festive start.
...and then BB's comment gets hidden. Sketchy eyes are sketchy.
Gotta say, this author has a track record for pumping out poorly researched and poorly written articles.
Interestingly even AD went with the 50k when they covered back in 2020 but other points seem spot on...
Hope they installed plenty of smoke detectors and/or sprinklers...just a little draft through those curtains and the entire DrakeMansion is up in flames with all those candles.
Will post be corrected to address the points re: "Birdle" vs "Bridle Path" et al?
