Though a relatively young city in America, Los Angeles is no stranger to significant architecture: Richard Neutra's Lovell Health House, Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis Brown House and the Eameses own home alone solidified the city as a hotbed for modern architectural production.
A new book recently published by Prestel sought to catalogue a few of the buildings completed after 2000 which continue that architectural legacy which has come to define the city. New Architecture Los Angeles features text by Brooke Hodges and photos of over 40 new Los Angeles buildings by local photographer Mike Kelley.
