read: the real estate ROI cycle is shorter than the projected point of no return. Risk and responsibility for developers will have shifted to the shoulders of the residents.

It's way too early, but I've love to see a remake of Hi-Rise based on a flooding scenario in one of these towers after it's BOMA rating has dropped.
