Who needs an observation tower when you've got the Burj Khalifa?
I do believe this thing just redefined the word elegant.
The form is definitely elegant. Does anyone besides me think the nighttime rendering with fireworks is just a teeeeeeny bit over-the-top glitzy and self-congratualtory? Or has the train of restraint in renderings long left the Dubai station?
