malaysia? if this is correct, it's not what i would have expected.
I'm pretty sure that's Singapore, not Malaysia, and it's likely due to Singapore having no capital gains tax.
Saudi Arabia doesn't feel right, but then again, who really knows how much money those folks have?
London wins and my guess is the Saudis and UAE and Kuwaiti all have their money in either London, NYC, or Hong Kong banks etc...
