This week, Paul, Amelia, Donna and Ken speak with architect Greg Henderson about his hoverboarding technology, and its potential applications in architecture. Greg's architectural background led us to discuss the history of Working Out of the Box, and what may come next for the series, now that employers have more jobs than there are architects to fill them.
We also consider the problematics of the Helsinki Guggenheim's Stage One entries, and whether Gehry's bird flipping makes him into a crotchety old man or defiant punk.

I love Greg's comment: In a lot of cases cases, the role of the architect is simply overcoming human resistance to change.
We're optimistic! We want to make the world better! And sometimes, maybe, better means giant suspended baked potatoes.
I'll throw out a second, to the idea of a Working out of the Box ft Andrew Luck.
Wonder if he plans on starting a second career post football (what about IDP)? I suppose NFL quarterback is one way to self-finance / take some pressure off...
Save the Guggenheim Potato! MAPA?
