RUTA 15 21 was a mixed-use challenge. The owners of RUTA complex wanted a project that would stand out. One of the requirements what that they wanted large circular columns. RUTA uses passive sustainable efforts by using cross ventilation, high ceilings and natural lighting with a double façade. The tubular double façade helps interior temperature by blocking direct sun light in the warm humid climate. The entire design was done in Revit, delivered city permits and participated in construction management of the project.
