Located at the cross section of two very busy streets in Manhattan, is this three storey pre-war apartment. As part of Archi-tectonics I had the opportunity to not only conceptualise and design the project but also manage the entire project. 

Here we kept in mind the original details like the exposed brick and enhanced them by throwing light at the them from beneath the floor. By adding a sculptural staircase with a continuous glass railing going through the all the floors connected every level to each other visually.
