Working alongside planning consultants Stiles Harold Williams, we have designed a residential masterplan for this edge of Village site in West Sussex with a view to accommodating 18 dwellings.

Views to and from the scheme are carefully controlled, whilst strategically concealed parking and the use of shared pedestrian and vehicle surface mean that the rural feel of the plot is maintained.

Existing and proposed buffer trees along with meadow planting retain and enhance the rural and sensitive character of the site.

House types will be developed with a contemporary vernacular aesthetic that draws on local materials and character, as well as being highly sustainable in design.
