The proposal provides a series of commercial units with residential apartments above, all in the context of a challenging set of site constraints on a gap site between gardens and a railway line in South West London.
The design features a carefully designed brick, render and zinc facade which allows for views from each apartment without overlooking adjoining properties. A high quality and subtle palette of materials references the character of local buildings.
Parking is provided on site alongside a carefully considered pedestrian access route with ample cycle storage for businesses and residents.
