This was the first project I worked on with the role of Junior Architect. With the help of my project’s team, I participated in all phases of design / construction for this project (schematic design, design development, construction documents and administration). My primary roles were to prepare all architectural and design drawings, participate in walk-thrus with contractors and consultants to create punchlists, and assist in preparation of submission to regulatory bodies for approval (Planning Board, ARB, etc.). The project received an AIA Design Honor for Recognition in Architectural Excellence by the AIA Westchester + Hudson Valley Chapter.
