The site of the “Cheonggyeri housing” project is located about 9.8 miles away from Jiri mountain and has the Cheonggye reservoir as its backdrop. These surroundings were incorporated into the design strategies. The three-building housing follows the sloping topography of the site, and has large horizontal windows on each floor, allowing the users a great view of the reservoir and mountain peaks. “Cheonggyeri housing” is intended to be a resort-type housing project, where dwellers can enjoy and experience this beautiful scenery.
