Bridging the Imagination Gap for Hamptons Buyers

Kozatch Design designed a code-compliant modern home on a large piece of property surrounded by agricultural fields near the ocean on eastern Long Island. Working with a real-estate developer, I designed, drafted and rendered the 6-bedroom house, created all of the imagery and worked with the brokerage firm to market the property. It was my responsibility to create a hypothetical modern construction to close the imagination gap, and spark interest in a property that had been on the market for 2 years. After 4 months of publishing my design, the owners sold their property.
