This single family home in Brooklyn was renovated by Baxt Ingui Architects and P Joe Construction. Recently completed, the home is targeting passive house certification and net zero. As part of the Interior Design team, I worked with the lead interior designer, architects, and clients to specify all stone, lighting, paint, wall coverings, carpets, window treatments, and hardware throughout the house. We re-purposed most of the clients original furniture and family heirlooms to furnish the home, along with new vibrant lighting, fabrics, wallpaper, and rugs. I coordinated every order, from the design development phase through installation.
