Michelle has 10 years of professional experience in residential design.
She studied at the University of Oregon, where she received a B.I.Arch in Interior Architecture. There she completed 11 rigorous design studios augmented by specialized interior design courses in building construction, material finishes, lighting design, color theory, sustainability, architectural history, + design theory. She also spent a semester studying in Kyoto, Japan which informs her design sense to this day.
Post graduation she has worked on a mix of residential and hospitality projects in New York and Connecticut as a project manager for several boutique architecture and interiors firms, most recently at Alexandra Angle Interior Design in NYC and Peter Talbot Architects in Washington, CT. Michelle and her family reside in Litchfield County, CT where she continues to practice interior design throughout northwest Connecticut and the Hudson Valley.
