The orientation of the rectangular tube units is form from the sun path, while the private and public spaces are organized by the increase and decrease of strips according to the amount of sunlight. Not only do the strips of view form the public and private space, but also act as the landscape of the lot. The strips are also operable windows that allow cross ventilation through the units. The living space is given double height to allow max sunlight and daylight through the use of mezzanine floor.

The units are designated for single families and couples. The unit types are one 3 bedrooms, one 2 bedrooms, and two 1 bedroom.
