Responsible for the renovation and restoration of a residential building next to Ponte Vecchio Bridge, in the heart of the city. The purpose was to increase the asset value through the creation of luxury residences with stunning views of the historic center. I created the new vision for the project and the concept plan, planning the residences new layout and the sophisticated interior design.

The building  - owned by a major italian insurance company – today represent the best of Italian life style for furniture and amenities and one of the best and glamorous addresses in the city. I was also a project marketing director.
