I worked as a marketing director to complete the restoration of this architectural icon, through the creation of 58 luxury residences with SPA & Wellness center, restaurants, a small boutique hotel and beaches facilities.

I was also involved in studying the space planning, the residencial layout and interior design with the objective of maintaining the integrity and original spirit of this legendary Palace of the early 20th Century.

I was also the Marketing Director for some America’s Cup 2012 events in Venice, of which my client was one of the main sponsors.
