I was responsible for space planning, site planning and conceptual plan design, team co-ordinator and strategic real estate advisor for this project – focusing on Tuscany – to build a private Residence Club and Luxury Resort in front of Tyrrhenian sea, with golf course,  game hunting and private beach.

This project will be a model to build with Ecological, Economical and Cultural  Sustainability.
