30,000sf -- Residential Condo Conversion
A classic 1930s white brick building formerly touting modern city living is respectfully given timeless material appointments anchored in careful selections of travertine stone, wood, and dark glazed art bricks. The materials are essentially the same as the originals but the changed color palette provides contrast and relationships which the original seemed to bypass. Lobby, street level retail exterior, windows and corridors renovation to attract a younger downtown audience to the Upper East Side. Concept thru CA phases.
