Fully experienced creative leader in envisioning, strategizing, problem-solving complex high-profile hospitality, commercial, residential delivering what it takes to create bespoke experiences. Hands on involvement with clients, contractors and team professionals in high-profile residential, commercial and hospitality encompassing 10 years experience designing and building unique luxury environments, products and brands.

I'm available immediately for employment. I am currently interested in an opportunity which allows me to continue my design management role while being able to consider design sensibilities and opportunities to expand the scope of my project experience.

Recently, I've focused my career to excel in refined design solutions while examining the art, style and curating of architecture and interior design. My artisan work as Owner and Creative Director of ETHER Atelier has allowed me to examine of material aesthetics and to transform it with my hands, considering new design vocabulary at a closer level.I have 10+ years experience running projects. This includes designers such as Amir Khamneipur Design, Bonetti Kozerski, 212box in various project types: commercial, residential, retail, hospitality. I have thorough experience in SD, DD, CD phases from inception to constructed finish.

Professional Artisan: I’ve run my own studio doing furniture and artistic finishes.The work is visionary, fun and a way to create my own small universe that is unrestricted by conventional trade lines. Interior Design: While I have been making furniture, I’ve freelanced for an interior designer and have come to know a lot about designing residential projects which incorporates a true interior design approach to furniture layouts, style, color, furnishings and soft goods.

Clients include Yabu Pushelberg, MR Architecture + Décor, West Chin Architect, Rockwell Group, McKeough unLTD , work for private art collections, luxury brands and hospitality settings for custom furniture/art surface commissions.
- Developed my own proprietary line of innovative surfaces and surface artwork for furniture and wall paneling in hospitality settings.
- Collaborated with interior designers and sold furniture commissions from inception to completion presenting custom art surface concepts.
- Shop production in moldmaking, casting, metalwork & millwork, all aspects of production management.
- Art direction of sculptural wall relief in drawing representation; creation of original sculptural relief patterns.

Project List: Beijing Houhai Lake House (70,000sf), Ralph Rucci Atelier (13,500sf), 165 E66 The Hanley, 360 E57 The Morrison, Asbury Lanes, Asbury Park Hotel (asst), Florim Showroom (asst).
- Visual and verbal communication of early brand concepts and objectives; brand articulation into multiple channeled strategies involving both direct environment design, and occasionally, indirect design assets.
- As representative lead project consultant, gave design direction and coordination of multiple subconsultant teams in developing deliverables in Concept thru CA phases.
- PD to pre-construction phases of the Beijing Houhai Lake House, a contract worth approximately 250M Euros. Includes MEP engineering coordination, custom millwork packages, finishes, FF&E, lighting, controls, etc globally sourced.
- Regular review of other office projects by team members for document standards, construction, bidding, specification and NYC code compliance.
- FF&E selection, custom furniture design with local vendors, contract spec writing, purchasing and installation.
- Direction of presentations, design and concept inspiration, coordination of drawings and technical packages.
- Daily client communication and management.
- Proactively research of images, innovative materials, specialty products, devices.
- Collaboration of bespoke wood and metal furniture finishes, recipe performance specs and design review for Ian Schrager’s Chrystie Street Hotel.
- Review of contract obligations and submittal of client invoices and scope fee changes.
