This two-story facility is situated on a peaceful lake in the center of campus and includes a multi-classroom facility for Graduate and Undergraduate studies, faculty offices and a computer lab.  Support facilities include Faculty and Student Lounges, Alumni Lounge and a 200 seat multi-use Auditorium/Lecture Hall.  The low, elongated building form and linear lobby/circulation spaces nestle the building within the landscape providing panoramic views of the lakeside atmosphere.  A lushly vegetated rooftop terrace becomes a valuable amenity both for student functions and as rental income for the University.
