This tenant improvement on Santa Row was to take up a former Priscilla of Boston bridal shop and Borders. The client, Federal Realty Investment Trust, wanted their relocated offices to be updated to a more modern upscale style. The office entrance was given a clearstory grande look with two modern glass bubble chandeliers and slate clad stairs leading up to the main lobby on the second floor. The ceiling received an upscale look as well with modern lighting and dropped soffit clouds over the lobby reception desk, meeting areas and break room.
