McIntosh Poris worked with Arco Development and Aparium Hotel Group to repurpose the former Detroit Fire Department Headquarters and adjacent building, previously Pontchartrain Wine Cellars, into a boutique hotel and ground level restaurant/lounge. Together the 90 year old historically registered buildings accommodate 100 hotel rooms, office/conference spaces and a fitness center. The hotel programming also includes a banquet space which is housed in a new roof addition.
