Role: Design and construction

The apartment had been renovated in the 1980s and was in need of some TLC. Floors and decking were replaced and finished and fixtures updated throughout.

The tight budget and time constraints called for some creative thinking. The challenge was only intensified by the tight access by stairs only to the 5th floor.
