East Village is a mixed use development currently under construction. Four residential buildings are arranged around a 6,800m2 courtyard.

Below this is a shopping mall, an auto service centre, parking for hundreds of vehicles and multiple other tenancies. The project forms the new centre of the Victoria Park precinct, just south of Sydney's CBD.
