In an opposite corner of Alfonso Esparza Oteo park in Colonia Napoles, a steel and wooden canopy shelters the terrace of this fusion Japanese restaurant, called Satoshi.

Behind the steel window mullions the space opens up to a diaphanous dining area

When entering the space, a continues wooden wall curves in and out, generating concave and convex spaces with different niches and nooks. Rather than designing the dining area, the back of the restaurant works as a programed poché or storefront that curves and peels to adapt to each program such as kitchen, sushi bar, bathrooms and bar.

Those walls are cladded with pine wood to create a light atmosphere in the space. The rest of the space is left as simple as possible, with a black slate in the fools and painted fair-face concrete ceiling. From that ceiling a steel lamp hangs with indirect lighting to all the space.
