The Lingotto Bridge Station sits on the southern edge of the Olympic District in central Turin. The station connects the Lingotto community to the west side of the rails with the Fuksas Master Plan to the east, establishing a continous architecture that programmatically synthesizes a bridge and train station.  Through spatial analysis of the site, a variable mechanical system created in Generative Components was used to develop the project.  This enabled the local urban fabric to be specifically manipulated in an iterative process that would blend the relationships of landscape and architecture, interior and exterior, and circulation and program.
